Are upgrade packages available?
Weekend Getaway Packages include a 2-night stay at W Austin (with overnight parking and full access to hotel amentiies all weekend long), festival access for 2, and food & beverage package. Learn more here.
Are there any prohibited items?
Weapons of any kind are prohibited, along with illegal substances, and items that would be disruptive to other fans and/or artists. Outside food and drink is not allowed, but there are water fountains and cash bars in all performance areas, plus Tacodeli vending food on site. Cameras with detachable lenses or larger than a standard shirt pocket are not permitted without a pre-approved media credential. All patrons are subject to wanding and bag searches upon entry.
Can I bring a camera?
If you are looking to bring a professional camera (larger than a shirt pocket and/or with a detachable lens), you'll need to apply for press access here at least 7 days prior to the event. Photographers must be on assignment from a media outlet to apply for a photo pass.

Where can I park?
Limited valet parking for ACL Live ticketholders is available at the W Hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. There is plenty of additional parking in the area, with some alternative options listed here.
I'm coming in from out of town. Where can I stay?
W Austin houses 3 of the performance spaces, and provides you with luxury accommodations just steps away from the festivities. Are there drinks and food at this event?
Yes! There are bars in each performance space with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Water fountains are located throughout the block to keep guests hydrated, and Tacodeli will be selling a menu of tacos and sides on site.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! This is an all ages event. Children over the age of 1 will require their own ticket for entry, and while hearing protection is recommended for all guests enjoying live music, it's especially encouraged for kids.
I see access to each stage is subject to capacity. What does that mean for me?
To maintain proper social distancing for the safety of our guests, staff, and performers, capacity of each performance space is limited and will be closely monitored. Access to stages is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend looking at the schedule ahead of time to plan your evening. There are multiple performances happening at any given moment, so there's always something to see!
